Five Hours Seven Minutes

Okay, so in five hours seven--no six minutes I quit smoking. Tomorrow will be rough because I already know what will happen. Usually, I chew gum incessantly until the urge to smoke leaves me in ohhhh say five days. BUT due to my tooth infection that is a no go and I really don't want to suck on candies...again sugar...OW!
I'm trying to think of what I can eat that won't hurt and won't disrupt my working (no sunflower seeds at work!).
You know what is really cool...I am ready. I want to quit. I want my food to taste right. I don't want that awful morning breath. My clothes will smell like Tide once more. The list goes on and on and on.
And the money I will save will go towards scrap booking or sewing stuff, what better reward then more stuff...yippee!
Maybe this weekend I'll even re-do my blog. This one's been around too long. I'm very bored of it.
Time for me to take my meds and relax for a bit. Enjoy you night everyone! Take care and send me some extra will power if you have any. Thanks!

Hard butterscotch candies have no fat in them. Maybe you can find sugarless ones? I use to suck and chew on a straw, lol.

Good Luck with that girl. I am a smoker..it sucks and is so addictive !!! I swear they add a really, really hard drug to tobacco to make it even more addictive. I'm not getting notice of your blogs. I'm sure I've subscribe..ummm. I'm gonna run off and check > Willpower is what it's going to take to quit smoking, sounds like you might be ready. ~hugs
